The 7th Wage Commission is likely to be happy for the Central Government employees around Diwali in 2018. However, earlier it was known that Prime Minister Narendra Modi can announce this on August 15, but according to sources, during a meeting held between the government employees and the National Anomaly Committee in the last days, it was decided that the government employees will be given benefits of 7th wage commission from Tubakkawar. Many important decisions were made in this meeting.
The biggest decision was to remove the incompatibility of workers' pay-matrix. The central government's plan is to increase government employees' salaries by salary commission in the 7th year. Salary may be increased based on a maximum of 2.57 times the fitment factor. Financial advisors' views are being taken for this.
This announcement will be done before the election in May 2019. By this, the government's efforts will have to make the government employees happy, which can benefit the BJP in the elections.
