When the opposition is demanding an election with the ballot paper becoming aggressive on EVMs before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Election Commission is now keen to prevent blurring and eve-teasing in EVMs. The Election Commission has created a new EVM for the 2019 election. Election Commission claims that it is impossible to interfere with the new EVMs. A new feature has been added to the new EVM of the M-3 category.
